How The Process Works

The three easy steps to starting putting your money to work and investing in Florida Real Estate with us.

1 Review Our Deals

Sign up and tell us about yourself as an investor – name, phone, email, etc. It will take less than five minutes, you know this stuff by heart.

2 Transfer Funds

Once verified and approved, We will tell you about deals that we find. If you like the deal, we sign an agreement and transfer funds from your preferred bank account.

3 Make Money

Whether you invest in one of our Equity Funding Programs or diversity by investing in one of our Legacy Funding Programs, earn up to 13% annual returns either way.

What You Can Invest In

There are two types of Real Estate Investments we offer Our investors.

Equity Funding Program

This is a short term loan (6 -12 Months) made by one investor for one property. The investment is backed by value of the property and will return a 12% + to the lender at the closing of the transaction.

Legacy funding program

This is a long term loan (3-5 years) made by one or several investors for a portfolio of several properties. The investment is backed by value of the properties. After the completion of the project or target date, the investors will receive their principal plus interest of 13% or more

Ben Sturgill and Chris Baird

Ben and Chris have an extensive background in the options markets, coaching, sales, marketing, and real estate investing. They have been investing in the markets and in real estate for over 20 years, and have purchased over 1000 single-family and multi-family units.
